So here goes nothing...... my first blog post. I never thought I would have a blog but as we prepare for the arrival of Baby Wehmeier it makes sense to start something for everyone to keep up with us.
I will be 38 weeks tomorrow and have to say that we are ready to meet our little guy. I had my weekly Dr. appt today and not changes as of yet. At my 36 week appt I was 1 cm dilated but she told me not to get too excited about that. I could be at 1 for quite a while. The Dr. did tell me that I am probably going to have a "bigger" baby. When I gave her a look and asked what that meant she said that he is probably going to be taller than average. I think I can handle that but maybe not the "bigger" part. We had our last shower here in Rochester over the weekend and had a great time. It was a baseball theme and we had a great time being with our MN friends. We are truly blessed to have such great friends in Rochester.
The nursery is done and all of his clothes are ready. Now all we need is a little baby boy to share it all with!

Do not hesitate! But we need more pictures!!! And make sure Dad-to-be participates so he can blog as per your dictation when you are lying around resting,eating the grapes he peeled for you or just not up to bloging!

ReplyDeleteWhat a good idea. The closer it gets to being time for the baby's arrival, the more excited I am to see him. It's gone by fast because we haven't seen you every step of the way. I hope you've been talking to Elway and he is ready! For my part, I have purchased some John Deere tractors for us to play with when he gets older and comes to grandma's house!
